VICI TAX originated in Silicon Valley, California, and was established in the Hainan Free Trade Port, China. The founder previously served in the real estate tax and asset management departments, as well as the international tax practice, at one of the Big Four accounting firms in the U.S. and holds CPA licenses in both California and New York.
